Pepitos- Pepitos serves authentic Mexican dishes made with fresh ingredients, including fresh made salsas and handmade tamales. With two locations in Destin and Miramar Beach, it has never been easier to find authentic Mexican cuisine when vacationing. Our favorites include: Tamales and Fajitas.
Crab Island Cantina- Located on the water at the end of HarborWalk Village, Crab Island Cantina certainly serves its food with a spectacular view! Our favorites: grouper tacos and gulf coast red snapper enchiladas.
Mi Casita- Located in Seaside, this 30A restaurant is becoming increasingly popular and the new local favorite. Known for their laid back style and amazing food it is easy to see why. Our favorites: pork carnitas and street tacos.

Back Porch- Although this is not a Mexican restaurant they do offer some great margaritas and the beach location cannot be beat! Grab a margarita or two and watch the sunset with the sand at your feet.
La Paz- Has been voted the best Margarita in Destin. Their secret: fresh juices and top shelf tequilas. A local favorite is the infused fresh pineapple and jalapeno in a silver tequila.
Margaritaville- the list would not be complete without a trip to the famous Margaritaville located in HarborWalk Village. Between the 5 O’Clock somewhere, Feelin HOT, HOT, HOT, and the Last Mango in Paris, you’re sure to get wasted away again in Margaritaville. (Just make sure you have a safe ride home if that’s the case!)

Latin Spring Festival- The Destin Commons
El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant will be hosting a Cinco de Mayo celebration all day on May 5th with live entertainment and drink specials. Continue the fiesta on May 6th with a Block Party from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring the kids for arts and crafts, face painting, plus Latino dance performances.
Cinco de Mayo Celebration- Grand Park
Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food restaurant presents their annual Cinco de Mayo festivities from 4-10 p.m. May 5 in Grand Park, adjacent to the restaurant. Enjoy live music, dancing, lawn games and delicious, authentic Mexican food and drinks. Bring the kids out from 4-6 p.m. for free face painting and arts and crafts by Abrakadoodle.
Cinco de Mayo Day Celebration and Pub Crawl- HarborWalk Village, Destin
Enjoy an afternoon of family fun at HarborWalk Village with Destin Harbor’s Largest Pinata break at 2:30pm. Additional activities will include kid’s crafts, face painting and a stilt walker making balloon animals.
Then Gather all your amigos for the annual HarborWalk Village Cinco de Mayo Pub Crawl beginning at 6pm. With a $10 pub crawl pass, enjoy exclusive drink specials all night long at each of the festive stops. Pick up passes at the HarborWalk Village tent behind Jackacudas. Proceeds will benefit a local charity.
