Head out to Alys Beach this weekend for the 3rd Annual 30-A Wine Festival. This three day event celebrates  innovative food and wine pairings while raising funds for the Children's Volunteer Health Network, which facilitates the delivery of direct medical, dental, vision, and mental health services to uninsured or underinsured Walton and Okaloosa County School Children. Since 2005, the Children's Volunteer Health Network has served more than 12,000 procedures. The party begins Friday night with The Bourbon, Beer, and Butts Festival at Fonville Press. Saturday afternoon, you can explore three different wine seminars, followed by the Wine Walkabout Through The Alys Beach Pedestrian Paths and the After-party in Central Park. Be sure to dig out your best croquet attire for the Pork and Pinot Croquet Tournament on Sunday afternoon. The event will feature more than 50 wineries, a number of small batch spirits and distillers, and three craft breweries including Grayton Brewing Company. Local favorites Acre, Barefoot BBQ, Bud and Alley's, Café 30-A, Caliza Resturant, and Seagars are providing the food. Tickets are available on-line and are $300.00 per person for the entire weekend. Tickets for individual events are also available.
