Are you one of the lucky visitors who will be visiting the Emerald Coast for vacation this Memorial Day weekend? If so, there are a number of special events going on in the 30a and Destin Memorial Day weekend events to help you make the most of your visit.
The Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation recently celebrated the opening of the The Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts and are hosting Thursday nights “Concerts in the Village†through the month of May. Events will be hosted at the new Dugas Pavilion and Village Green in the heart of Destin.  Join some of the area’s best talent for a fun, family friendly concert every Thursday night beginning at 7:00.
Harborwalk Village will be hosting Memorial Day festivities May 24th through May 26th, including free concerts, childrens activities, street performers and a spectacular fireworks finale at 9pm over the harbor Sunday evening.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin will be hosting family-friendly Memorial Day weekend events May 25-27 including live music, activities for the kids, and a Sunday night fireworks display over the lake.
Check out the YOLO Mileage Builder Series Race at the Baytowne Marina and watch as various age groups and divisions compete in standup paddleboarding their way to the finish line!
