Luxurious sofa seating and dining seating is found on the second floor balcony. The balcony located right off of the living room features views of Western Lake and the Gulf.
SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
Shades of Summer has 4 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10. On the first floor, you will find the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom including a large vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an enormous ensuite bathroom complete with dual sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. The second floor is home to the third bedroom; featuring a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a gigantic walk-in shower. The third floor hosts the remaining sleeping accommodations in the master suite and bunk nook. Kids will absolutely love staying in the bunk nook as it features twin/twin bunks, each with its own flatscreen TV. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located directly off of the bunk nook as well.

You’ll find the main living area on the second floor of the home and it features plenty of natural light and an open-concept floor plan.
