Chef Jim Shirley's iconic Seaside restaurant, The Great Southern Cafe, is known as "the place to see and be seen." This southern-style restaurant serves, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and their brunch is truly out of this world. Whether you're a fan of fresh local seafood or traditional southern cooking, you'll fall in love with The Great Southern Cafe's breakfast menu. Their brunch menu features delicious items like lobster benedict, avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and so much more. In addition, you'll need to try some of their famous beignets and splurge on a mimosa or Bloody Mary while you're there.
2. The Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House

If you're looking for a place to grab breakfast on 30A, you absolutely need to stop by The Perfect Pig. With locations in WaterColor, Seagrove Beach, and Gulf Place, it's no surprise that it's a local favorite. They are open all day, but you'll have to try their breakfast menu served from 8-11 am daily or Sunday Brunch from 8 am to 3 pm. Their iconic breakfast menu features breakfast tacos, biscuits, omelets, benedicts, scones, cinnamon buns, pancakes, and all your other breakfast favorites. They even serve mimosas, bellinis, and Bacon Bloody Marys.
3. Havana Beach Bar & Grill

If you're staying out in Rosemary Beach, you'll need to check out Havana Beach Bar and Grill located within The Pearl Hotel. While they're open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you'll have to stop in for breakfast from 8-11 am to enjoy their phenomenal breakfast menu. 4. Cowgirl Kitchen

Cowgirl Kitchen is another popular restaurant in the 30A area that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With locations in Rosemary Beach and Seagrove, you can stop by for breakfast any day from 8-11 am or for "Grumpy Hour" from 8-9 am to get $5 drink specials. Their breakfast menu features tons of tasty options including breakfast sandwiches, tacos, praline waffles, avocado toast, and lots of other delicious meals. Located in Inlet Beach, Big Bad Breakfast is the place to grab "the most important meal of the day." This yummy restaurant is open every day from 7 am to 2:30 pm and they serve breakfast, lunch, and drinks. Their breakfast menu features incredible breakfast staples like pancakes, waffles, and eggs in addition to signature dishes like the Fried Oyster Scramble, Breakfast "Crumble," and Chicken and Waffles. They also serve a wide variety of drinks including their Irish Coffee, Bloody Marys, mimosas, margaritas, to name a few.

With locations in both Grayton Beach and Destin, Crackings is one of the most popular places for brunch on 30A. Crackings' menu features all your favorite breakfast entrees. They even have gluten-free pancakes. Whether you love sweet or savory breakfasts, you'll find something mouth-watering on their menu. With benedicts, omelets, scrambles, French toast, pancakes, and waffles, their menu is sure to impress anyone!
7. Bud & Alley's
Bud & Alley's has been one of Seaside's beloved coastal restaurants for over twenty-five years. Located right on the Gulf of Mexico, this restaurant boasts incredible views and phenomenal food. They're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and their breakfast menu truly offers the works.
