Check out some of the upcoming Halloween events in Destin to get yourself in the spooky spirit this October!
1. Trick or Treat Street - October 31st

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is hosting a free trick-or-treating event called Trick or Treat Street on October 31st from 6-8 pm. Kids will love trick-or-treating at all the shops and boutiques throughout the village. There's even a costume contest and face painting over at Coconut Kidz. Best of all, everyone will enjoy an amazing firework show over the bay at 8 pm.
2. Halloween Haunt - October 25th

Head over to Destin Commons on October 25th from 6-8 for Halloween Haunt. Halloween Haunt is a fun evening of face-painting, trick-or-treating, and creepy crafts. This free event is a great event for kids and there's even a costume contest. If you're visiting Destin around Halloween, you don't want to miss out on the spooky fun at this event.
3. Halloween on the BOOlevard - October 31st

Grand Boulevard is hosting another fun kids event on Halloween. Kids will love Halloween on the BOOlevard from 4-6 pm. This event is free and kids get dress up and go trick-or-treating at the shops and restaurants in Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach. Plus, with all the great shops in Grand Boulevard, you can even get some shopping in while you're there.
4. Destin Halloween Dinner Cruise - October 31st

If you're visiting Destin over Halloween, but trick-or-treating isn't your thing, don't worry! There's still a ton of fun festive activities you can do while you're in town. Check out the SunQuest Solaris Halloween Dinner Cruise from 6:15-10 pm. Tickets are $79 for adults, $38 for kids, and $20 for infants. Enjoy live music, a gourmet meal, and dress up for the costume contest. Book your tickets in advance if you want to make sure you don't miss out!
5. McGuire's Destin Halloween Run - October 26th
McGuire's Irish Pub has its annual Halloween Run this year on October 26th from 9 am to 2 pm. Runners of all levels are welcome and there will be a 5K run/walk and a 10K run. This event is just $30 and includes a free pre-run breakfast and a post-race party with live entertainment, Irish Fare, Irish Wakes, and Irish Ale!
6. 10th Annual Halloweener Derby - October 26th
You won't want to miss out on the 10th Annual Halloweener Derby at the Seaside Amphitheatre on Saturday, October 26th from 10 am to 1 pm. Watch dachshunds race for the win to raise funds for local nonprofit, H.E.A.R.T. Animal Rescue Inc. While only dachshunds are eligible to race, all breeds are welcome to compete in the annual dog costume contest.
