During the summer a free concert series is held in the Seaside amphitheater once a week and is always well attended.

There are fine architectural houses throughout, a beach in its natural state and a pine forest filled with wildlife. From Seacrest Beach one can travel to Panama City and shop at the newly established Pier Park. A movie theatre and so much more is available there. In the other direction, west of Seacrest Beach, Sandestin and Destin provide ample opportunity for nightlife, music, shopping and restaurants. Shopping in the area includes Destin Commons where Bass Pro Shops can be found, and the largest complex of its kind, the Silver Sands outlet mall.
Seacrest Beach offers the best of both worlds. One can be within the simplest, quietest most serene of settings in Seacrest Beach, but still trek out for more drama should one choose. Seacrest Beach truly is paradise."
